Etymology (PE): Cakâd “summit of a mountain; top, crown of the head, top of the forehead,” from Mid.Pers. cakât “summit,” cf. Skt. kakud-, kakuda- “peak, summit,” L. cacumen “top, point,” cumulus “heap.”
